Early C19 house, converted to 2 shops and 3 flats late C20.
Gault brick with roof of black-glazed pantiles to front and
concrete tiles to rear. 3 storeys. Central 6-panelled
double-leaf door set within panelled and fielded reveals under
a 3-vaned fanlight. Doorcase with engaged reeded quarter
columns and reeded block entablatures. Late C20 shop front
right and left, each with associated doors. Two 3/6
first-floor sashes and two 3/3 second-floor sashes separated
by an inserted 2/2 sash. All except the inserted window have
gauged skewback arches. Gabled roof with rebuilt stack. Rear
with a full-height rear wing fitted with mixed sashes. 2 late
C20 brick extensions. INTERIOR: little of interest. Included
for group value.
