Two houses, now offices. c1830. Brick with ashlar dressings;
tile roof with brick cross-axial stack. 3 storeys; 2-window
range. Boxed eaves. Round-headed entrances to ends have
archivolts with keys and fanlights with radial glazing bars
over 6-panel doors with canted angles to panels. Windows have
sills and wedge lintels, but that to ground floor left has
segmental head and plate glass window with top opening lights,
that to right and those to 1st floor have 16-pane sashes; 2nd
floor has casements possibly replacing 8-pane sashes. Included
for group value.
