House. c1750. Brick; plain tile roof; brick stack to left
front; 2-storeys and attic; 4-window range: 6/6 sashes with
broad glazing bars under gauged brick flat arches; 2 gable
dormers: pediments over 3/3 sashes; moulded brick eaves.
Centre right, entrance with 6 fielded panel door and
ornamental light, with shouldered architrave under moulded
pediment hood on enriched consoles; to left, 2, to right, one
6/6 sash; brick pilaster to left. Of one build with No.36
Broad Street.
