LEE CRESCENT 1. 5104 Edgbaston B15 Nos 50 and 51 SP 0685 NW 41/10 II GV 2. Circa 1840 pair of modest red brick houses, part of an irregular terrace comprising Nos 50 to 58 (consec). Two storeys; one bay front to No 50 with entrance in gable end to Mews Lane on west; 2 bay front to No 51. Gable end slate roof with shallow flat eaves; brick chimney stacks. Revealed glazing bar sash windows with flat rubbed gauged brick flat arches, stucco sills. No 51 has rubbed brick arched entrance containing inner fluted arched door surround, door of 3 moulded panels, plain fanlight. Similar entrance in gable end of No 50 but with architrave inner surround, 2 panel door and blind fanlight.
