Formerly known as: Nos.21, 23 Barn Cottages WATER LANE.
Cottage. C15 and early C19. Incorporates part of the original
stone walls of the old tithe barn of Malling Abbey in the
lower part of the south-west and north-west face of L-wing.
Apart from this exterior is of brick with tiled roof and brick
chimneystacks. 2 storeys 4 windows. C20 casement windows with
some cambered casements to ground floor. Simple doorcase and
pentice to north-east.
