Water hydrant. 1887. Cast iron, about 3 feet high, comprising fluted column on moulded base and domed fluted cap with acorn finial with lion's head mask below. Knob on left hand side. Maker's name Glenfield and Co. One of a series of water hydrants in Whitwell.
