Office. Dated 1877 on plaque. Yellow brick and hipped slate roof with
hipped dormer. 3 storeys plus half basement. 5 bays, the 3 central
bays project forward. Horizontal rustication on the plinth, quoins and
pilasters. Sash windows with flat arches decorated with floral roundels
and the monogram CHS, flinted architraves with hood moulds. Central
door with segmental pediment supported by paired consoles and scroll
brackets. Cornice brackets over the 3 central bays beneath moulded
cornice.
