Barn. Probably late C17 with minor later alterations. Roughcast cob on slate-
stone plinth, higher to west side; corrugated-iron roof, hipped to rear of main
range. T-plan with short range attached to farmhouse (Pendean). Main range
has plank door with strap hinges to loft in front gable; mounting block attached
to right wall and plank doors to left in angle with short range. This has small
window to left in cob-infilled doorway with opposing doorway to rear.
Interior: Main range has continuous loft and collar truss roof in 7 bays with
laid-on purlins. Short range has principal rafters with short curved feet at
junction with main range. Roof raised above and collar truss to left is con-
temporary with raising. Pendean is not included in this list.
