Former veterinary surgery. Early C19. Brick with stone dressings and hipped Welsh slate roof. Square in plan, a 2-storeyed single bay with blind windows with stone sills and lintels to street front, and built-in gate post and plaque inscribed "Veterinary Infirmary" to north side. Single segmentally arched window to north with stone lintel and iron glazing bars. Fireproof iron construction inside, with iron roof. Stack reinstated on southern wall.
