Former dwelling now in use as offices. Late C18. Brick with
heavy slate roof. 2-storeyed, 3 bays with central 6-panelled
door with overlight in moulded case flanked by tripartite sash
windows with stuccoed heads with stressed voussoirs and
keystones. Upper windows are 9-pane sashes with flat arched
stuccoed heads. Gable and axial stacks.
