GV II

House. C17-C18. Rendered, ridge stack and pantile double-pile
roof. Double-depth plan. 2 storeys and attic; 4-window range.
Entrance front has 2 gables, the left-hand one set forward,
with shallow valley between and hipped to the rear; stack in
left-hand ridge. Doorway in right-hand gable not visible;
flush plate-glass sash above, two C20 windows to the right;
plate-glass attic window to the left. The left-hand return has
a central C20 buttress with windows each side, to the left
plate-glass sashes in flush frames, to the right altered
sashes with C20 casements fitted. INTERIOR not inspected, but
reported as having exposed beams.
