End house in terrace. Circa early to mid C19. Stone rubble with slate roof with
hipped end on left with C20 brick shaft to chimney and gable end on right. Extended
in circa late C19 with gabled rear wing.
Single-room plan with entrance, probably leading to stair hall on right. Further
extended to rear with second, probably service room.
2 storeys, regular 1-window front. Ground floor with C19 12-pane sash with horns and
brick segmental arch to left and C20 part-glazed door to right. First floor with C19
12-pane sashes with horns.
Interior not inspected.
Included for group value as one of eight cottages in largely unaltered C19 terrace.
