Terraced house. Circa early to mid C19. Rendered and painted stone rubble, partly
rebuilt in concrete blocks on front. Cement-washed slate roof with gable ends and
brick chimney stacks.
1-room plan with entrance to right, probably leading to stair hall.
2 storeys, regular single-window front with original early C19 12-pane sashes without
horns on ground and first floor to left. C20 partly glazed door to right.
Interior not inspected.
Included for group value as one of eight cottages in largely unaltered C19 terrace.
