2. Circa 1868-70. Stucco Italianate front. Three storeyed; 3 bays. Ground
floor with an entrance with a rectangular fanlight in a moulded surround
and 2 windows with a moulded band at the level of the springing of their
moulded arches and bold keystones, the window on the right with elaborate
brackets and foliage in the arch. First floor with 3 arched windows standing
on a moulded cornice and in frames with roundels in their spandrels and heavy
pediments, triangular, segmental and triangular. Second floor with 3 windows
standing on a moulded cornice and within eared moulded surrounds. Decorative
frieze and bracketted eaves cornice.
