Circa 1831 house associated with the nearby Prospect Mill. Two-storeys to road,
3 to rear. Sandstone "brick". Moulded eaves to hipped stone slate roof.
Corniced chimneys. Three bay front with plain C19 sashes revealed in plain
painted squared surrounds. Pilastered doorway with frieze and cornice. Included
for group value.
