Circa 1840 detached stucco villa virtually contemporary with No 99 with which
it shares long drive, well back from road. Two storeys stucco faced. Hipped
slate roof with bracketed flat eaves; corniced stucco chimneys. Four bay
front, tall ground floor windows, the sills just above ground level, sashes
replaced by French casements. Plain sashes to first floor. Round headed
doorway with fanlight, panelled reveals and soffit (formerly had trellis
tent-roof porch). Lower rear service wing with coach house doors.
