C1840-50 detached red brick villa with stucco dressings. Three bay symmetrical
front with recessed one bay wing containing gig house to ground floor.
Hipped slate roof with moulded bed to flat eaves; flanking chimneys. Revealed
sash windows with flat stucco arches and stucco sills. Heavy stucco doorway,
virtually a porch with impost string and key to arch; double consoles to
dentil cornice and blocking course. The recessed wing has similar first
floor window and segmental arched gig house doors on ground floor.
