Royal Bank of Scotland

A Grade II* Listed Building in City Centre, Manchester

former HQ, Manchester & Salford Bank

Uploader's Comments

After the bank took over Williams Deacons Bank in London, the bank took on the name of its London acquisition and the head office was moved there for business reasons. Later re-named Williams & Glyn's Bank, and then incorporated into the Royal Bank of Scotland, it is to become Williams & Glyn once more by the end of 2016.
