Farmhouse. Late C16, remodelled in early C19. Coursed limestone rubble, ashlar
quoins and dressings; gabled concrete tile roof; C19 brick ridge stack, and end
stacks of stone finished in brick. L-plan with rear right wing. 2 storeys;
5-window range. Segmental stone arch over C19 four-panelled door with overlight,
Keyed flat stone arches over C19 six-pane sashes, horned to first floor and
right, and C20 door to C20 conservatory on left. Raised storey band. Keyed flat
stone arch over early C19 six-panelled door with stone slate pentice to rear.
Outshut to left of rear wing has C18 plank door. Interior: C19 doors and
shutters. Cased beam to right of hall, and late C16 moulded beam to left. C17
ribbed door with strap hinges to cellar on left, which has chamfered beams.
Early C18 panelled cupboard and chamfered beam to left. First floor has C17
ribbed doors, stop-chamfered beams, and late C16 ogee-stopped beam to right. C17
ribbed door to winder stairs to attic, with C17 plank doors and butt-purlin
roofs.
