Farmhouse. Dated 1694 with later additions and alterations. Rendered slate-
stone; slate roof, hipped to left range. Probable 3-unit plan to main range
with through-passage to far left; section to left of entrance is either an
addition or the rebuilding of an earlier lower end. 2 storeys. 3 widely
spaced windows on first floor, C19 and early C20 casements, right with L-hinges.
Similar casements of 5 and 4 lights respectively to centre and right on ground
floor. C19 half-glazed door with margin lights to far left under C19 open
gabled timber porch with blind quatrefoil to centre and smaller blind quatrefoils
to bargeboards. Datestone inscribed:

above right ground-floor window. Ridge stack between centre and right windows
and external end stack to left. Range to left of entrance has 3-light multi-
paned casement directly below eaves. Catslide outshut to rear of main range.
Interior: Inspection not possible at time of resurvey (December 1987) but
likely to be of interest.
