Mid C19. Built to complement the Spa Hotel, Lockwood Road (now No 188, qv).
Ashlar. Pitched slate roof. One storey. Coped gable in centre. Sides have
moulded eaves cornice; blocking course. Ends break forward slightly and have
2 Tuscan pilasters each. Centre has tetrastyle Tuscan porch (one column missing),
with pediment. Door with 6 moulded panels and semi-circular fanlight.
