1881. Hammer-dressed stone. Ashlar dressings. Pitched slate roof. 2 storeys. Front has moulded cornice and parapet with moulded coping. Continuous moulded impost bands. 5 ranges of round-arched sashes with marginal glazing bars, keystones and moulded voussoirs. Central 3 ranges have flanking pilasters, pediment with oculus in moulded surround in tympanum and "A D 1881" inscribed on a sculpted ribbon. Frieze has "Wesleyan Methodist Chapel" in sans-cerif sculpted in relief. Windows here are closer spaced with Romanesque capitals and panelled pilasters. 3 doors, each with 6 moulded panels and semi-circular fanlights, outer 2 blind. Moulded entablature above them. Steps to door with flanking walls. Cast iron railings to area.
