Mid C19 villa (after 1837), now in two occupations. Two storeys. Four window front to road. Hipped slate roof with brick stacks. Stucco front, partly tile hung on west return. Recessed sash windows with glazing bars and shutters; some windows with margin lights; splayed bay window to ground floor. Entrances on west return; No 42, doorway converted from former window with margin lights; No 44, former original entrance with pilasters carrying entablature.
