Two gate piers. c.1662 to c.1678. Probably by William Wynne or Winde. Portland stone ashlar. Each pier has a moulded base, banded rustication and segmental pediment breaking forward. Both are crowned by trophies including armour, weaponry, standards etc. To left is a short wing wall with banded rustication, projecting cornice and end piers with ball finials. Two pairs of late C19 wrought iron gates.
