C18. C19 stuccoed. 2 string courses. Scribed quoin pilasters. Modillion
eaves cornice. Steep pitched hipped roof of new tiles. 3 storeys low, 3 windows
with recessed architraves, sashes with glazing bars. Good doorway, 2 Doric
3/4 columns open pediment, semi-circular fanlight. Good condition.

All listed buildings on the North East Side of Chapel Street form a group.
