Cottage, dairy, dairyman's house, farmer's house, comprising a single range
of farmbuildings. Late C17. C20 range at south end, burnt down in 1975,
and rebuilt. Coursed rubble-stone walls. Thatch roof with stone gable-
copings at left hand and inner right hand gable. 2 stone stacks with
cornices, left and right inner gables. 2 storeys. 5 windows in total,
all are 2-light hollow-chamfered stone mullions, with a continuous label
over the ground floor. Mixture of C20 metal casements and iron casements
with glazing-bars. Doors, bay 2, into cottage, plank with a simple wooden
porch. Bay 5, wood, panelled with one glass light over, C20. Rubble-
stone extension at right-angles to range, C19. The attached house at the
south end is entirely rebuilt, and not listed.
