Summerhouse. 1929 by Rex Gardner for Dartington Hall. Timber and local
limestone. Conical thatched roof with circular stone rubble stack at apex
with weathering and slate cap.
Plan: rectangular with semi-circular loggia at front and central stack.
Exterior: Single storey. Semi-circular loggia at front has 5 large rustic
wooden posts supporting roof. At back of loggia double doors on left,
plank wall on right and stone stack at centre. Large 5-light metal frame
casement window on left side; all windows with leaded panes.
Interior: not inspected.
