Formerly known as: Malvern ST JAMES'S STREET.
House. Early C19 altered in mid C19. Ashlar with slate roof. 2
storeys 3 windows. 16-pane sashes to both ground and 1st
floors, but 1st floor has central mid C19 box bay with
verticals only, horns and pilasters. Central doorcase with
sloping hood on brackets and 3 panelled door. Plinth.
