Circa 1720 pair of cottages, now in single occupation. Formerly Kendrick's
Charity. One-and-a-half storeys. Two windows each. Tile roof with ½ hipped
gables. Brick ridge stack. Brick. Gabled dormer casements. C19 casement windows.
Doorway of former eastern cottage replaced by window. Framed doorway with date
1720 on lintol; gabled hood. The cottages were formerly endowments of Kendrick's
Morning Prayer Charity founded in 1624.
