Early C19. Stucco. 3 tall storeys. 2 windows. Stucco stripped from ground
floor of No 4 revealing granite masonry. 1st and 2nd floors 3 Ionic pilasters,
the volutes of 2 are missing. Sashes with glazing bars, in slight recesses.
Slightly projecting doorways entablatures with cornices over. Slate roof, wide
eaves soffit.

Masonic Hall and premises adjoining and nos 4 and 5 form a group.
