Late C19. Stone. Four storeys; 6 bays. Ground floor with iron columns of
Corinthian type and with 2 shaft rings marking off the bays in the rhythm 2:2:2 and
coupled at the outside. They carry delicately dentillled cornice. First floor with
arched windows between Tuscan columns and piers at the outside carrying an
entablature with triglyph frieze. Second floor with windows within moulded surrounds
between unfluted Corinthian columns and piers at the outside carrying an
entablature with delicately dentilled cornice. At 3rd floor level, a couplet of
small arched windows divided by granite columns to each bay. Dentilled eaves
cornice and blocking course.
