Cottage. C16 with C17 and C20 extensions. Painted brick walls with some
exposed timber framing and some planted timbers; half hipped thatched roof
with ridge chimney. 1 bay of crucks to East, central C17 bay and 1 bay
C20 extension to West. 1 1/2 storeys. West Elevation: Left hand bay brick
ground floor between cruck frames, C17 timber framing above forming upper
floor. One 3-light C20 casement, central bay C17 timber framing exposed
on upper level, one 3-light C20 metal casement, to right C20 extension with
simulated timber framing and C20 casements flanking gabled porch. Each bay
has eaves dormer with thatch swept around. East Elevation has exposed
cruck frame with C17 framing at upper level.
