Late C18. Formerly 2 dwellings. Thinly coursed rubble. Rough stone plinth.
Quoins. Pitched stone slate roof. 2 gable stacks. 3 storeys. East elevation:
Ground floor; Central doorway with deep millstone grit lintel and stone surrounds.
Two 4-light stone mullioned windows (recessed) to all 3 floors (second floor has
2 new mullions). North elevation: Ground floor; Doorway (part blocked) with deep
lintel and quoins. First and second floors each have one 2-light stone mullioned
window (recessed). West elevation: Three 2-light stone mullioned window
(recessed). One modern opening.
