House, now with ground floor shop. C16 or earlier,
timber-framed, altered C19. Plaster facing, with fragments of
old pargeting, moulded cornice, old tiled roof, red brick
chimneystack. 2 storeys. First floor with 3 modern flush set
windows, with opening upper lights and divided lower
casements, with moulded architraves and cornices above which
form responds as breaks in wall cornice. Partial underbuilding
to continuous first floor jetty. Ground floor shop windows,
with central mullions, with cut console brackets above, and
fascia along bressumer. Twin central modern glazed doors.
Gabled rear elevation with old tiled roof and Welsh slated
lean-to at right, against No.14 (qv).
