5/181 Fallibroome Farmhouse

II

Farmhouse: later C18 with some C19 alterations. Flemish bond red
brick. Welsh slate roof and 2 gable brick chimneys. Double-pile
plan. 2+-storey symmetrical 3-bay front. End bays have 3-light
mullioned and transomed wooden casements with flat gauged and rubbed
brick heads with stone key blocks and sills. Half storey has 3-light
casements. Central doorcase has a shouldered architrave with a
triangular pediment and contains a fanlight with 3 vertical glazing
bars and a 6-panelled door. Above is a tall 2-light mullioned and
transomed casement under similar gauged and rubbed head.
