Small house on corner of terrace. Late C18/early C19 with earlier
rendered section to right probably of late C17/early C18. Brick,
with incised render on right, concrete tile roof, brick stacks.
Single range with small rear extensions. 2 storeys. Main brick
section has two 12-pane sashes with moulded wood architraves.
Ground floor has corner shop front with 2 large plate glass windows
meeting at corner half-glazed double doors forming a semi-circle
with 2 semi-circular stone steps. The whole under moulded dentil
cornice supported on moulded panelled pilasters with circular motif
at frieze level. To right, small square bay with moulded cornice,
6-panel door of fielded panels, and rendered section with 4-light
wood mullion window to each floor, and twin casement in flat-roofed
dormer.
