brick plinth and colourwashed roughcast exterior. Clay tile roof.2-room plan,
one storey and attics. 2 ground floor 2-light casements with glazing bars.
Plain door in moulded surround to RH. Red brick double ridge stack. Single
storey C20 addition to rear.
