Detached house. Mid/late C18. Brick with parapet wall to front,
hipped slate roof, large lateral brick stack to right. Square, 2
storeys with raised basement and attic. 3 windows, 16-pane sashes
with keystones and voussoirs, with semi-circular fanlight over
central one. 2 similar on ground floor with central doorcase up 4
stone steps with wide double doors of 6 fielded panels, depressed
radial fanlight and attached stone Doric columns and moulded open
pediment. Flat-roofed dormer with twin casements.
