Detached house. Early Cl9. Rendered brick with parapet wall,
concrete tile roof, rendered end stacks. Single front range with
long rear extensions, 2 storeys and attic. 3 windows, 4-pane
sashes, with extra-long lower sashes on ground floor. Central door
of 6 fielded panels with semi-circular fanlight and open pediment
on consoles. Very small central cambered-head dormer.
