Late C18/early C19 cottage. Painted brick facade with brick eaves cornice. Double
span, old tiled roof with end chimneys. 2 storeys, 3 windows including blank centre,
sashes with glazing bars, lower ones with cambered head linings and plain shutters
uppers with jalousies. Centre gabled porch, door with flat bracketed hood. South
facade has scalloped bargeboards and is weatherboarded.

Oak Cottage forms a group with the former stables opposite.
