Pair of semidetached houses. Circa 1850. Brick, stucco dressings, slate hipped
roof to eaves. 2 storeys and basement. Each house 2 windows wide. Semicircular
entrances to outer bays, square headed architraved windows, corniced to ground
floor; sashes, margin glazing. Cast iron window guards to ground floor. Closes
view along Clifton Hill and hence listed for group value only.
