Cottage. C18 with Cl9 casements and laundry. C18 part timberfiamed covered by render, under
an old clay pantile roof with several courses of brick to the eaves and end brick stack, laundry
colourwashed brick under tiled roof. Two room plan on two floors, with single storey brick
laundry added to LH gable. Large brick stack integral to LH of original cottage. Front elevation
has 3 casement windows with tripartite windows to ground floor. Interior has exposed frame,
including chamfered axial beams, wall plates, tie beams (the central one cut to form a doorway) and
diagonal windbraces.
