Cottage. Front early C19 rear part C16 and C17. Front stuccoed with tiled roof
with 1 painted brick chimneys tack. 2 storeys 1 window. Casement window with
cambered head lining to ground floor and left side doorcase with flat wooden
eatherhood. Rear elevation shares part of a C17 gable, clad in brick on the ground
floor and weatherboarded above, with No 2.Casement window and plank door. Interior
has front room with early C19 cambered brick fireplace and wooden corner cupboard
with curved shelves and earlier horizontal wooden beam. 1st floor has exposed
close studded wall, some framing with jowled posts and curved tension braces, pegged
rafters and some plank doors.
