Early C19. Appears to be older than the rest of Queen Street. Good late Georgian
3 storey, red brick block with rounded corner to Upper Paul Street. Patent stone
cornice and quoins. Pilastered ground floor treatment is modern but suitable,
four bays. Three windows above, sashes with glazing bars. Roof not visible.
The Upper Paul Street frontage includes a late C19 three bay section in the Venetian
Gothic manner.
Nos 74 to 91 (consec) and the Queen's Hotel form a group.
