Dated 1865. By J Hayward of Exeter. Venetian Gothic style. Heavitree stone with
paler red stone dressings. Two storeys, basement and attic. The front is articulated
4.3.3.3.4, the second and fourth bays being set back. Large porch and entrance
with red granite columns. Pierced parapet, slate roof. Iron fence along frontage.
Nos 74 to 91 (consec) and the Queen's Hotel form a group.
