Late C18 and early C19. Hammer dressed stone. Quoins. West and east elevations
of No 13 rendered. Pitched stone slate roof to No 13. Pitched slate roof
to No 12 with occasional stone brackets to gutter. 2 storeys. No 12 (early
C19). South elevation has: ground floor; two 2-light stone mullioned windows;
modern brick porch. First floor; four 2-light stone mullioned windows. North
elevation: rendered and has central doorway with stone surrounds and various
single openings with modern casements. No 13 South gable has: ground floor;
former -3-light stone mullioned window (modern casements); first floor; one
3-light stone mullioned window. East elevation has: Ground floor; two 2-light
stone mullioned windows; modern porch. First floor; one 10-light stone mullioned
window (1 blocked); one 3-light stone mullioned window.
