Rectangular red brick building dating from 1823, street front and extension of
1875. Exterior is two storeys, five windows, arched sashes with marginal glazing.
Modern single storey projecting entrance. Pierced parapet with vase finials. Interior:
gallery on three sides with cast iron panels to balustrade. Evidently altered
1875.
