Mid C19. Hammer dressed stone. Hipped slate roof. 3 storeys and basement.
Full entablature to eaves, brackets with guttae. Rusticated quoins, every
alternate one vermiculated. 8 ranges of sashes, those on ground floor round-arched,
in concave surrounds, with alternately rusticated voussoirs, sunk aprons, and
continuous moulded impost band. 1st floor windows have continuous sill band.
Door with 6 moulded panels and semi-circular fanlight. Cast iron railings
to area, with bulbous and spear finials.
