Early C19. Three storey, three window, red brick terrace houses, patent stone bands and modillion cornice. End houses break forward slightly, the entrances being at the sides. Round-headed ground floor windows with recessed arcading. Sashes with glazing bars. Six-panel doors with panelled reveals. Doorways of the typical round-headed patent stone type (see Colleton Crescent). Lead fanlights, several different keystone heads. Area railings partly removed. Parapet, slate roof.

Forms a group with nos 13 to 24 (consec).
