Early to mid C19. Altered. Formerly 2 houses in farm terrace. Hammer dressed
stone. Pitched tiled roof. 2 storeys. South elevation; ground floor; one
former 3-light stone mullioned window (now modern French window and single
light). One - 4-light stone mullioned window. Modern porch. First floor;
one 12-light stone mullioned window (2 lights blocked giving one 4-light and
one 6-light window with continuous sill). No 60 to right has altered ground
floor window. One 6-light stone mullioned window to 1st floor.
